Applicants are also required to submit 1) A letter from the Principal or counselor, certifying age, character, ability and participation in school activities; 2) A transcript of the student’s marks or photocopy of the first term reporting periods; 3) A letter from the coach or manager of the team for the current season indicating the candidate’s character, leadership and information regarding hockey ability. Once complete, this package should be delivered to Nanaimo Minor Hockey Clubhouse or mailed to Nanaimo Minor Hockey Association, PO Box 562, Nanaimo, BC V9R 5L9 by March 30th.
